Haven't ate there in years. Still have real good sesame chicken and the Hubs loves the pepper steak❤️. I love the rangoons!!!🩷 With one plate of food you could literally eat lunch and dinner. That's how much food they serve.
I got the lemon chicken and at first I was disappointed at how small it was, but after tasting it I had a bigger disappointment. The chicken was battered poorly, a bit undercooked/slimey, still had the skin on it which personally ruined the flavor, even though it already had NO flavor. The lemon sauce did not help. I felt like it was equivalent to had a lemon wedge to water, just there for decoration. The breading on the chicken could have been way better, but with how poorly they manage their chicken, I don’t think they ever will.
Service was good but food was mid at best. The pork egg rolls tasted old and had a ugly aftertaste 0/10 . Got the lemon chicken it was good but it had a fatty layer that kinda grossed me out rice was super bland 7/10. The mushroom steak was okay but had a weird metallic aftertaste 6/10. The fried rice combination was terrible the shrimp beef and chicken were boiled and had no flavor at all especially the rice 3/10. The rangoons and dumplings were amazing especially the sauce that comes with it! 10/10. I wish they lived to the hype tiktok made it out to be, so much potential but they got to step up their game.
